We left the vehicle there for the work; I picked it up the next day. They were comparable to the majority of the service centers and theirs was a little better. They completed the job in the time they said they would. You will get good service and the gentleman who did the work is knowledgeable on what he's doing.

The previous day they gave me a quote of 270 for the pump and labor saying that they couldn't find the price of a pressure switch. Earlier today they gave me a quote of 595 for everything which we then worked down to 368 plus tax by using a re-manufactured pump instead of a new one. Not to mention they over charged me for the pressure switch since I found one for 30 and they charged me 65. So they did the work and I went up to pay them and get my car. I get there and they are charging me 519. They then claim that the 368 was just for the pump and after you add the pressure switch they over charged me for, the oil to go in it and the tax it added up to 519. I paid it because they already did the work and I didn't have much of a choice, but this is the second time they have ripped me off personally and I know they ripped off my grandma when she took her car in a few days ago.

I was having some issues with my car and took it in to Gene's to get looked at. Not only were their prices better than the other service centers I had seen in the past, they found issues that I did not even know about. They were able to get everything fixed and my car back to me that night! I was so impressed that I had them replace my tires before a trip! Great service and great prices. Definitely recommend over the big boys!

I had narrowed down my tire choices from a recent Consumer Reports review. The gentleman I spoke with at Gene's knew his rubber and he was able to get the tires decided upon in a timely manner. I was in and out the same day when the tires came in for a fair price.

Overall, the job went well and we had no trouble. We don't use them all the time, but I like we can get our car in that day or the next. They are quick. We go to another place for more expensive repairs. Their customer service is okay.
