This company started out professional cleaning 2 houses and a business .
Did not keep appointments when planned .
Never bothered to call to say wasn't coming .
Left 3 voicemail never returned call . Adam responded by saying his dog was sick .
The job Adam and Kate was doing was just light cleaning .
We complained about .dirty kitchen cabinets , baseboard not wiped down , trash left behind trash cans, mopped around smal rugs but did move they to mop the entire floor., tops off washer and dryer was not cleaned
Was to be at houses 2 hours was at one house 1 hr 22 minutes .
Was to clean on August 24 still have not heard them .
Kept putting off meeting at business to clean .
would not use the company if it was free !!!!
