Eden Sprinklers

Matt is a good guy and the crew were all super nice.  If you cannot be flexible they might not be for you.  They will give you a time but it is not set in stone.  They did call to tell me they were running late which is great. Overall good job.

I was out of town during the installation.  When I returned I realized a switch had been wired incorrectly and called to set up an appointment to get it fixed and get a quick overview of the system.  He arranged the appointment and after waiting 10 minutes I sent him a text that I had to get back to work and needed to reschedule.  Here are his responses:
"Yeah we can do it another day when it's not raining out... it's looking good next Wednesday.. I'll set you up for a between 1 & 4 if that's good for you."
My reply:
"Im out but I can have someone meet you - just fime me a 10-15 warning before you get there"
 His response(s):
"You're asking for me to come by and show someone else what??? What the instruction manual tells you already??? Sure we can do that is a hundred $135 service call
And yeah I cashed my check for the work I've done and there's nothing wrong with your system in it there is the new feel free to call me but until there is then don't bother text in complaining about nothing"
"And if it was so important to you then you would call at 9 and ask where was someone I mean it is raining outside no one works outside in the rain in this industry that's just common sense"

It was a good price at the beginning but if we needed to do it again, we will not use them again. We were impressed with the gentleman when we first talk to him but we were not able to use him on the followup. We are sorry now that we didn't go with the recommended sprinkler company by our house builder, in order to save up some money and now we have to spend more. My husband had a lot of frustrations with their system.

Failed to show up for either of two scheduled appointments to activate our sprinkler system.
