We have been using EcoElite Pest Control for a while now. Living next to the woods can create many issues! Our dogs always covered in bug bites and ticks. Not to mention the amount of spiders our house can attract ! What we have liked using Eco Elite it the fact that we know who is going to be coming into our home and treating for our family. I do not have to explain what issues I have to a different technician for each service! With a busy life style our family has, I like knowing our EcoElite Technician is professional and trust worthy, He is someone our family has grown to trust and appreciate. I have never thought about writing a review until I saw him working doing the extra work when he thought no one was even noticing. I noticed and thought Eco Elite needed more than a thank you from me. I believe a family business is the best way to treat other families!

It went pretty well. They stayed within the price. The house was abandoned for six years. So, I really think we needed a deeper treatment for the insects to go away. What we ended up buying was more for preventative things and I think we needed more. So, the insects came back. They were very professional. We did see the insects disappear for a while after the treatment. We rehab house, for some of them, especially for some that's been abandoned for a while, we have found in the past it takes a little while of quite a few treatments to see something. I think it did help a little bit. It was less than if we're setting up a new account with a similar provider, I think it would be $75. I'll give it an A, for first-time treatment. It's a good thing we're in North America, in South America the bugs are a little crazy. They're more aggressive. We would've wanted a little more living down there, here it's okay. They were on time. They actually had to wait on us as far as punctuality goes. They were out on time, we were a little late.

Someone e-mailed me prior to the visit wanting to know what my concerns were. I told them ants on my kitchen counter and a funny creature that looks like a combination of a spider and grasshopper that comes into my basement in the summer. Had ants on my kitchen counter within a week.....and just killed one of the spider/grasshopper creatures yesterday.....less than a month from service. I'd say, what I was hoping for didn't work.....at least for the 2 main issues.

"I would encourage you to call the office and request a follow up. All one time services have a 30 day follow if needed. You have to realize most people that have pest control receive a quarterly service to stay on top of what mother nature is throwing their way. There is no magical fix it is always an on going battle with bugs. No one is going to get 100% results after only one treatment. as you stated the ants were gone but back in a week. We could have killed 70,000 out of a 800,000 colony. Some times it takes time to get control. I am glad to hear that aside from not resolving the problem to your expectations you felt we did operated our business accordingly. I see all your ratings were A or B. Curious as to how that ended up a C but hey thank you for your business."

My options/pricing for treatment were clearly explained. We made an appointment at my convenience for the treatment. Services were provided as expected and for the price quoted. An issue with some of their equipment required a return visit, but all that was resolved in a timely fashion when convenient for me.
