Outstanding job, work started when promised and finished in less time than quoted. The paint looks excellent and the crew (Corey, Ben and Dustin) were very professional and went out of their way to help move heavy furniture back into place after it was completed.

Because you recommended Decker Professional Services to me, I wanted to make you aware of the great disappointment I experienced with this company's representative, Guy Holt. I requested an estimate for exterior house and trim painting and Guy performed the estimate at my home on Dec. 17, 2019. I met Guy and found him to be very personable and seemingly trustworthy. He said he would have an estimate to me within 3 to 4 days. When I hadn't received the estimate by Dec. 27, I telephoned and spoke with Guy. Over the phone, he provided a verbal estimate. When I requested he provide his estimate in writing so I could compare it with other estimates I was gathering, he said he would. I never received his estimate. On Jan. 11, he texted me an unusual follow-up saying, "Hello, are you there?" Because I hadn't heard word one from him since Dec. 17, I was in no hurry to respond. But I did respond, and carefully explained that because I had not received a written estimate from him, as he had promised on Dec. 27, I assumed he was no longer interested in performing the work. Therefore, I had selected another company. He responded via text and said, "Well, I never heard back from you, so I assumed you received it, ha, ha. A phone call would have been nice. Too late now, good luck." Seriously, this is how he conducts himself via text. I think Angie's List needs to do a little more thorough research on the contractors you recommend going forward or at the very least make sure they are well-versed in texting etiquette. There is NO WAY I would hire someone who "spoke" to me via text the way Guy Holt did.
