Very Good. The vet, Christy Wilkerson, was just fantastic with my cat, who is very timid and has not been around a lot of people. My cat was diagnosed with what I expected with an over-active Thyroid.

Dr Howard is very good about that. They took care of everything. He gave her an "I don't care" shot and doggy treats before the last shot so she went happy. They are professional and loving. A few minute wait time to go back. Their pricing is good. I trust them with my animals.

We've had a string of cats that all of a sudden just got sick. I had surgery and they actually came and got my sick cat.

I came to this clinic because my first experience there, with veterinarian Dr. Christy Wilkerson, went very well.
This time, I came in for a heartworm test for my dog, a German shepherd. We did not get to see a veterinarian. Instead, the heartworm test was done by two of the office staff, who were very fearful of my dog.
They had no reason to be. The dog showed no signs of aggression. He is extremely well socialized and is a competition obedience dog. He also visits an assisted living facility for older adults and meets elderly people all the time, who pet him and have him do tricks. He has never been aggressive to anyone.
Had they requested that he be muzzled while they took a blood sample for the test, I would have readily agreed.
They told me they saw many aggressive black German shepherds and that was why they were wary of my dog (who is a dark black and tan.)
Anyway, bottom line is that in taking the blood, they hurt my dog -- it was a painful experience for him. And even though the experience was physically painful for him, he didn't growl or show any aggression.
Regarding costs, the heartworm test itself for one dog was $56.41. The medication, Heartgard Plus 51-100 lb six pack, was $97.54. I considered these charges very high.

Dr Howard checked my dog out thoroughly and diagnosed Cooper with a possible bacterial infection. Sent me home with 3 types of medicines and changed his food and Cooper is doing so much better now.

I like their compassion, and their love for animals. They are thorough, and they don't overcharge me, or milk me by saying that something is wrong with my animals when nothing is wrong. They are just wonderful.
