I had to go out of our way to get anything taken care of. He would never come meet us at the house, I had to drive out to his office to sign paperwork. The day of the signing, we had the check for the down payment made out to Wells Fargo, because nobodt told us we had to make it out to the title company. Because of this, he took the money out of his own account for the down payment, and we got the check transferred over to him for the money.
