Toby, owner, and Mike arrived on time. They were courteous and got right to work. They gave us options on the best way to do things and made sure they did it the way we wanted. We were still in the middle of some construction, so they were just one piece of the puzzle. They made sure they adjusted for how things would be when the construction was finished, so it would be less work for us later. They even took the time to insert a few bulbs and made sure the lights worked exactly as we expected.

I smelled the scent of burning plastic in the utility room in the late morning when I felt the breaker box it was hot. I called Baldwin Electric to set an appointment. The receptionist was courteous and empathetic and indicated that she would call Josh, who does the scheduling, as soon as we got off the phone. Within 15 minutes Josh called and discussed the issue. He arranged to have a technician out that afternoon. Approximately 3:30 a technician arrived. He was polite & courteous. He diagnosed the issue, moved all the breakers in the box due to the damage the bad breaker had caused and was done within a half hour. They were prompt, efficient and nice. We were impressed with the service of all three individuals we encountered. We will call them again.
