Nate and his crew are wonderful.  They are accomodating to our schedule, responsive to our requests and the work is exceptional.  Nate doesn't give up and will figure out a way to make it work.
Nate and his crew are our go-to guys and we would not hesitate to recommend All Metro Construction.  They are protective of our home and clean up before leaving.  They are respectful of our privacy and completely professional.
We have had them install the flat screen TV's on the walls, install insulation, install lighting, clean gutters, do plumbing work, paint the exterior of our home, install garage doors and various other home fixes.  His prices are competitive and we know he will do a great job and take care of our home.
We can't say enough good things about him.  Our neighbors have hired him for work on their homes as well.  They have been very impressed with the work they saw on our home and asked us for his information.

This experience with this company has been a unsatisfactory:  We bought 2 Groupons with this company and used them for this project: (gut shower to fix plumbing leak behind wall and retile). After everything was gutted and started to be rebuilt, I voiced concerns trying to avoid waiting to communicate at the end of project. When custom cement shower pan had to be built instead of leaving existing pan, the curb was not square; curb/threshold is wavy inside and out. He stated that's the best that can be done. Tiles show bar code shadows in 6 places, but one barcode shows completely on the edge of the shower entrance at almost eye level. All edges are tile raw edges inside/out of shower except for top of 2 shower walls. He tried to sand off the fully visible barcode but when it didnt, said it will wear off over time. The sanded colored caulk that has texture was smeared all along every outside edge of shower along the finished drywall and ceiling left to dry hard; he said that painting over it would blend it in. The grout had pinholes, hairline cracks and 1/8" cracks. When I sent a polite email with our concerns and offered to pay half of bill (and we'd pay the rest after he fixed areas of concern), asking him to come back to correct the above many situations, a simple email reply stated that he would see us in court! A day after the threatening email, he said they would only re-do grout problem areas and nothing else. If we didn't pay in full, they would call their lawyer and file a lien on our property. The mission statement on this company's website is to eliminate home repair headaches; we've had migraines from our experience. Mission statement also says "adding value to your investment." Leaving barcodes on shower tiles, a wavy curb, cracks/holes in grout creating future problems for more water damage, smeared sanded textured grout on unfinished edges ...none of this adds value to our home investment. He was not willing to finish this job to customer satisfaction. We had a professional come in to assess the final product; he confirmed all of our concerns. While it isn't a functional problem, the tile patterns weren't laid on the center of each area. In addition, he found that an area of the shower floor was pooling water since the corner wasn't built up enough to direct water to the drain. He stated this would eventually cause future water problems as well. We will have to pay for another service to fix several parts of this project. I have many pictures and documentation as proof of above problems.
Response from All Metro Construction
"All Metro Construction policy is to do everything in our power to please our clients. With that said some clients chose to cut cost where we don't necessarily agree with. This client purchased her own tile and grout which was of lesser quality, also chose not to fix the exsisting frame of shower to be level. Which in this case lead to a unhappy client. All Metro Construction gave a discount and also offered to go back to make changes with what we were responsible for with a decline from homeowner."
