All About Floors

"All About Floors" IS OUTSTANDING!!!!! I had been having a lot of problems finding someone to install new Action Back carpet in my finished basement. I called Joe's Carpet and they referred me to this young man. I called Monday afternoon, explained what I needed. Lucky for me, Chris was available Tuesday. 9:30 AM was agreed upon as the start time. Chris and his assistant arrived promptly at 9:30, that all by its self impressed me a great deal. My experience up to this point had been that punctuality was secondary. I showed them where the original installer had begun the job. Explained the amount of carpet available and how it had originally been laid out and that I thought there would be barely enough carpet to do the job. Chris evaluated the job concluded that there was enough carpet. Determined that there was not enough tack strip to adequately hold the Action Back carpet. They then set about doing the install. They first installed the additional tack strip, glued the padding in place. Then set about positioning the carpet in place, making the necessary splices, and properly seamed all joins in the carpet. By properly seamed I'm referring to making the seams so that they are NOT visible to an observer, and I'm a very critical observer, I can't see them. The carpet was properly stretched in all directions. Chris paid outstanding attention to keeping his work free of debris. This is my first review of anyone on Angie's List. THIS YOUNG MAN IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!
