everything was removed from the house, all walls and ceiling were primed and painted. A few (but obvious) flaws in the painting. I believed that all boxes were to be unpacked - the house restored completely to the previous condition, this was not done. The BIG issue was that numerous items were not returned - several small ones of little value, but one important one (which David did replace) and a couple of irreplaceable ones. Nice to work with, but overall I was not pleased with the end result

They got us scheduled quickly.  They were on time and very friendly.  They explained all the options for cleaning.  I had one smelly room where pets had had accidents and he gave me choices of how best to treat the odor.  All the spots appeared to have come up nicely.  He went over charges before cleaning so there were no surprises.  I will use them again.

It went fine. The problem we had was not theirs. We have a different type of fiber that is not easily cleaned and for what they did, they did a good job under those circumstances. I did not expect the carpet to get stained as it did but the color of it was not a good carpet to put in the house. They came in and did what they said they will do in a timely fashion and did a good job.
