Tree Service
They came into my neighborhood on 08/17/2010. I told them that I would like to use their service, but wouldn't be able to pay until 08/24/2010. I asked if they could come back at that time, but they insisted on doing the work that day since they were in already in the neighborhood. They agreed to hold my check, and not cash it until the 08/24/2010. However, the check was cashed four days later. I incurred a $70 charge from my bank as a direct result. I've been trying to contact them by phone, but they haven't been very responsive. At least two times they promised to follow-up with me, but didn't. I just want them to cover the overdraft fees that they caused.
