After paying more than $13,000 to replace a retaining wall, the wall started to fail in less than a year. They will not respond to my calls or messages and refuse to repair it. I got another estimate and he told me they installed it incorrectly which is obvious or it would still be holding.

I was pleased with their work and would us them again..

I needed a big oak tree in my front yard cut down and the stump removed because the tree had gall disease. I should have went with a different company because Elias Family Services dropped logs on my front lawn, drive way, even busted my gas light in the yard, and a big portion of the tree on my roof (FYI, they never roped anything down, they cut and shoved from a lift) and ended up breaking and twisting rafters in the attic. I was told by the owner (that never showed up) multiple times they had insurance. Turns out he lied or he was too ignorant to know, that he in fact did not have insurance. He was never supposed to be cutting trees in the first place. If he operates his business like this for everyone he definitely needs to be put out of business. Hopefully everything workout if you use this service, but if it doesn't, don't expect to be taken care of. I haven't heard back from him since he told me his stump grinder was down and that they would finish the job when they get the stump grinder fixed, that was over 2 months ago. By the way the gas light is still broken in shambles since they dropped the logs on it. Very bad business...

Elias family responded to my online request within 30 minutes, and scheduled a visit to look over what I need done, so far so good, I then received the estimate in a timely manner, but then communication stopped for a few days, until I email them to ask what is next. I got an email back telling me we are waiting to schedule the service date and they will let me know. Two days later, Dale show up to do the work, not advanced notice. The work included trimming and removing a tree, the trimming was okay, but the tree was cut down but the root was left in ground because I was told it seems to be a metal in ground. I call the Elias Family and they told me they will investigate and get back with me with a solution. but that was it. I have yet to hear back. It has been only a few days, so I still have hope that they will find a solution and will call me back. finger crossed

Hired this outfit to remove a tree,grind the stump and roots. Then to grade and Sod the the ? Front yard?.They told me that?s a one day job for the tree,it took over a week. A Couple (4)of weeks later, they started to grade and sod the Front yard.. I had to be somewhere that morning, didn?t get home until late morning, found one of this crews members grading my front and side yard. The side yard was ?Not?to be touched. Totally torn up not graded?? Same as the front yard totally torn. I was assured by Willie, this project would be beautiful when they finished Three days later, the crew was still grinding roots and attempting to grade the Front and Side yards. In the following days they threw some sod , and hand broadcast seed and hay down on a pretty much ungraded front yard , and side yard Again Willie assured me this entire yard would be beautiful when they finished. Well three days later, a different crew showed up to fix this mess. Two ,Very nice young fellas, they removed some of the sod, where they thought it might be holding water All the while the sod root side up. Is drying up in the Sun ( pictures) they threw clumped dirt down and put the. sod down . . .etc Now it?s been three days of watering- trying to at least keep the sod from dying and get some seeds to sprout. The largest part of my yard , has been totally destroyed. I messaged, Willie (owner) and now I?m not getting any type of response... soo. If I could figure how to post pictures? This started in the beginning of April today is June 18 2020 They were going to take a truck load of dirt away so I asked them to put it around my back patio. Their driver spread it out over half my backyard... so now everyday I?m watering Almost my entire yard , trying to get some grass to grow. This project started with removing this tree and grind stump and roots, grade and Sod the Front yard. I?m hoping this review will motivate this company to do the right thing

Had a retaining wall that needed repair and they did a great job. Nice people and decent price for the work done. I will definitely call them for other necessary services. Retaining wall was not an option for "specific project," but that's what it was.

A small, friendly family business that responded quickly to my request for a bid on a retaining wall, gave me the best price, then completed the work in short order. I am very pleased with the quality of the structure, and enjoyed chats with the workers doing the job. Definitely, I'd call them again for future work.

Job was done in timeline quoted and the price was very reasonable. I would hire them again.
