It was $360 for the year. Their product didn't do what they said it would on the yard. It was good, they came out, resprayed, and tried somethings to get it right. It must have just been something with the product. They could fix the chemical make-up of the product. They were right in with everybody else.

On time, explained what they were going to do, what I needed to do as follow up (water yard - provided printed directions as to how and when). Very courteous and professional - answered any questions I had. Will use again

For several years we have used  Weed Man's service for fertilization and weed care. It included 6 visits per year for fertilization, and they would come out when we needed weed care.  This year has been a disaster.  First, they forgot to do our winter application in February, so I called them in April. They sent someone out to do it free of charge. After that application I had to call to schedule the second one as they forgot us again.  In years past, they called me on a regular basis to schedule the treatments. The last treatment that we received was May 15th. We are past due on the third application.  I am cancelling service today as apparently they do not need our business; or they would have placed us on their schedule after the first two times that they had left us off.  I am very tired of their excuses.

It went fine. I had a couple of questions after the application and the provider promptly answered my email.

This is too bad as I liked the original price.
UPDATE: they called me 11-14 and asked to have my business back and I gave them another chance spring 2015. Same ole stuff. Didn't kill weeds in beds. Came out weeks later than they should have. They just didn't care. Fired them again.

Weedman provides excellent service and did a wonderful job on my lawn. I killed off a section of my grass that was Bermuda and now I have nice fescue growing in its place.

Weed Man is a lazy company. The weed killer they use is not safe for pets or children to be on for at least an hour, so I asked that the technicians come to my door and let me know when they arrive, so I don't poison my household. It took several visits resulting in several phone calls for them to start doing this, and even then, they ring the bell and run.
When I paid a few hundred dollars for aeration service for my densely packed backyard, they did not come to my door so I could show them the problem areas I wanted treated. This shouldn't really have been a problem if they had done a proper job of aerating my yard. Instead, they specifically MISSED parts of the areas that needed it most and where there was no grass and they did it, it did a pathetic job of punching into the ground and there were mere pock marks in my dirt, as opposed to the two inch holes and plugs that should have been there.
They then put grass seed down over the entire yard, missing every corner and even an entire patch in my front yard. It rained the next day and washed half the seed away and filled in the little pock marks with dirt. Having never had this done before, i decided to give Weed Man the benefit of the doubt and allow them to prove their work when the grass began to grow in.
They came back at my request and reseeded the lawn, even better this time, and set up another appointment to aerate the lawn again at no cost. However, I later cancelled that service call because it was growing too cold for the new grass to grow. They refused to refund the cost of the aeration service, since it had been performed however inadequately, and claimed that doing it in the spring would not have the desired effect and would be pointless. After a heated debate with manager Rhonda, I ended up cancelling all future services.
Grass is NOT growing in the places I complained about. I will now have another year, several hundred dollars poorer, with a muddy yard this winter. Most times, a company can get a lot more by giving back a little. Weed Man needs to learn that. I would not hire them again.

They are doing a great job. I would recommend to others.

They were the only company that gave me the time of day to come out and try and salvage my lawn. I hope they keep doing what they say they will!

I was a little disappointing with the results, we still have some weeds after the treatment they put on the lawn. I will say they are always on time and friendly.

We signed up for an annual plan. We have only had two applications this year so far. Our yard was a real mess, with a LOT of weeds before contacting them. Other than setting up the initial appointment over the phone, we have not had any direct communication with any of the staff, as they have treated the yard while we are at work and leave a detailed invoice on the door. So far the applications look like they are working, although as bad a shape as our yard was in, and with the extreme lack of moisture this year, it may be next year before we see real improvement.

The owner is very responsive. You put in a call and you get him right away. The technician is the same way. They have been very flexible and agreeable as far as doing the treatment at the beginning of the week. They are great with scheduling. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is great. They come right when they say they will. I will continue to use this provider.

Excellent customer service

I am very pleased with the services provided. When we started our yard was mostly clover. We now have one of the greenest and thickest yards in the neighborhood after 1 1/2 years of service! They always leave a bill on my door for payment. If I have had trouble spots, I just call them and they usually come by in the next day or two to either retreat or let us know if there is an issue. They usually call a day or two in advance prior to treatment so we can keep dogs inside. Staff has all been friendly and courteous.

They are nice, and I'm satisfied with them. They had one billing error - I had paid the bill and they had put it on another account. But we got all that straightened out and they were really easy to work with that way.

They are very thorough and good. They inform us before they come out to do the job. Their work is good. They come-in very often.

I have used several different lawn services over the last few years and have not been happy until I found Weed Man. My yard has never looked so green and weed free. :) Great service and great value.

The front yard looks pretty good, but I'm not completely satisfied with the back.
