VERY PROFESSIONAL. I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT CARPET AND JANIE HELPED ME THROUGH IT, AND TOLD ME WHAT TO DO. VERY PATIENT AND EXCELLENT INSTALLATION. MY CARPET, I CHOSE, WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY WORKED WITH ME TO SELECT ANOTHER PRODUCT AT A DISCOUNT. GREAT PEOPLE.
