Every part of the transaction was professional. I need some additional services done on the door, and he quoted me for the services while out. I will be using him again.

Karissa was a great help figuring out what I needed and scheduling the installation in my new home very quickly. I purchased a garage door opener and installation service. The opener was successfully installed by Travis. Travis was a great communicator and did a fine job. Overall I was very pleased with their service. I will hire them again to install a second opener for my other garage bay when the time comes.

Stephen arrived at the scheduled time and we talked about my 2 garage doors and opener. He explained how he could address my concerns. I also had a side door that only opened half way before hitting the ceiling rails for the garage door. He told me he could raise the rails to correct that problem. My house is a fixer upper. I probably didn't need to replace the actual doors but with needed adjustments and needing a new opener I decided the extra cost was for peace of mind knowing I had a complete new system. A installer arrived 3 days later and began work. Unfortunately, he sustained an injury and had to go see a doctor. Stephen came out the same day at 7pm and finished up the job. The doors open and close smoothly, the opener is quiet with working lights and the side door opens without banging on the rails. The opener is wifi capable allowing remote operation and alerts. Quite happy with the finished results.

I got a prompt call after I requested service. We made an appointment for that very evening and Stephen showed up a bit early but waited in or driveway. After I described the problem he asked some questions about service history then went to work cleaning and lubricating the bearings and chains. Everything worked after that but we made an appointment for replacement of some parts for the following Monday. On Monday, Michael showed up promptly but we had an issue about the total cost being twice the estimate. Michael called Stephen and they cleared up the chain had not been included in the estimate. We discussed what was most important and I decided to just have the chain replaced, which turned out to be below estimate because I had the wrong chain. Michael finished the repairs and everything worked. I later spoke with Stephen about scheduling regular maintenance maybe two years out.

Steven, the owner, is efficient and skilled. Because we were so pleased with his installation of the door, we naturally called him back to repair it when I damaged it. Both times he showed up promptly and worked quickly but carefully. His manner is professionally friendly. He doesn’t sell doors, so he will install various brands. We will definitely call him again if our garage door needs attention.
