Tailor Made Exteriors

They were hired through the Kansas Housing Resource Corp.  Numerous bids were placed and they were picked. The Owner, Rick, was hardly on sight and no-one who was a true craftsman were on site at all times of work.  Only one worker spoke English and there were problems with theft out of tenant's units.  When they were gotten ahold of, it was a nightmare trying to get the Owner to get someone out to take care of a problem.  They lacked professionalism and treated the female business partner with no respect.  The Owner was too worried about being on the phone and getting back to his family then ensuring that the work was completed in a timely professional manner.  They tried to push their way into doing work way into the night! This would have caused the tenants not to have a moments peace or time to rest before having to go to work the next day.  They wanted the employees to work 7 days a week and the only english speaking worker was pulled from site to work somewhere else.  When something goes wrong it takes an Act Of God to get them to do anything!
