Had contacted two other shed companies about building a shed on top of a concrete slab. One of the companies salesperson told me they wouldn't build on top of the slab because of them not being sure that it would be level/square. I asked that company if they would come out and give me an estimate and the salesperson told me I should just build a plywood floor on top of slab. End of conversation with them...plus more expensive than the other three. The other company responded via email and was forthcoming with prices and work to be done. More expensive however than Shamrock Sheds(not by alot though). Terry at Shamrock Sheds responded to email quickly, was very receptive to building on slab, if it was square/level. VERY WILLING TO COME OUT AND GIVE FREE ESTIMATE and idea on how to ensure it drains properly(I had to do the trenching of course). They also had financing available and he dropped off the forms for me to fill out. Shed took one day to build by one installer...LOOKS GREAT.
