We purchased a new construction home built by SAB in 2007 and have had to put thousands into the house over the past few years due to the builder's use of cheap materials and poor construction. From trim coming off the house, both inside and out, to water damage because they didn't use caulk on all the outside joints, this house has been a nightmare for us. We've had different companies out to fix the problems as they arise, and their comments after diagnosing the problem have always included telling and showing us where the builder failed to use proper construction methods which resulted in the problem and what they should have done. If you're thinking of building a new home or buying new construction, avoid purchasing anything built by SAB.
