RTD Refurbishing offers the following services: We remove paint and other coatings like smoke damage and weathering from hard wood, all metal, stone, brick, mortar, marble, fiberglass and all other hard surfaces. We use sodium bicarbonate ( a special baking soda ) under very high pressure to remove the paint or coating. It is totally safe to glass, chrome, rubber and plastic also. We refurbish antiques, metal and wood furniture, strip paint from auto bodies, clean automotive engines, remove graffiti, clean weathered rocks and stone monuments.
We do remove (strip) the paint and coatings off your item which is the most difficult process in restoration. This allows you to refinish the item and take all the credit. We do not generally refinish the item unless it involves aerosol spray paint which you would choose and provide. We also do not do repair.
