Rose Septic Tank Cleaning

Never in my life have I heard or seen a most obnoxious business owner. She was acting like a bully, she was loud and a no it all. We have been at our home for a long time and kept the maintenance up every year on our system. She not only failed our system, she stated the walls were collapsed. She cut on the small tank and said our laterals were bad. Back to another inspector: The walls were not collapsed, the laterals were working perfectly, the pumping tank station worked perfectly. We were advised by the second inspector, because of the age of the pumping tank to replace it or repair it. We took the second company's advice. Be wary of Rose Septic Inspection. She kept talking about a company that puts new systems in. I bet she has a vested interest in the other company (my guess only).

They went way above and beyond working with the company who performed the inspection. They ensured everything was taken care of - even when they had to make multiple trips! They were timely and communicated with us on what was going on. They are awesome to work with!

He arrived very quickly. He explained how my septic system worked, that I had an aerobic system versus anaerobic. I explained that I had never done anything with it..... He had to dig out the trash receptacle of the system, pumped it out, and the other part, too. Sorry, forgot the name of that section. He, also, explained that the previous owner had removed the pump and never replaced it. So, he's ordering a new one for me. He was very personable, kind, and patient. The entire service took about an hour and fifteen minutes! I, absolutely, will call them (on a more regular basis).....

They were on time, didn't go over the quote, and did a good job. I've already recommended them to the neighbors.

The owner came out as arranged, located my septic tank (hand dug the area to locate my tank lid) pumped the tank, inspected the system. We decided to make the pumping easier in the future by adding a riser to the tank lid. A few days later he came back out and installed a concrete riser on the tank. All in all it was a job well done. I would highly recommend this company for your septic needs.

They were excellent. They came out on a Sunday to do the work for me. They answered the phone right away and came right out. The guy who came was actually a little bit early and got the work done and then called later on to verify that everything was working properly.

Rose Septic was very willing to come out an pump a septic tank for me for one of my rental houses the day before Thanksgiving. The company was very responsive and willing to do the work quickly. I will absolutely use them again, in fact it would be the first company I call next time I need service.

Very good service. Found the tank quickly. This was a pretty difficult job because it had been many years since this tank was cleaned out (I didn't know how often it should be done). He didn't complain at all. His fee was less than $275 (maybe $225) but I paid him extra because it took longer than usual to empty the tank because it had gone so long between cleanings.

MR. ROSE WORKED EXCEEDINGLY HARD. HE CAME ON A SATURDAY AND MADE TWO TRIPS TO PROPERLY DISPOSE OF THE SLUDGE. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND WORKED EXCEEDNINGLY HARD. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
