Everstead takes great pride in our experience, expertise, quality and customer service that we provide to meet the consumers' needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Everstead specializes in structural troubleshooting of foundations and wood structures. We provide full home and remodel designs with engineering stamped by a PE for permit plans. Everstead engineers are experts at finding creative solutions to solve your problems from real estate transactions to remodeling and new construction. We also perform foundation inspections/evaluations, structural inspections, permit inspections, plan reviews/specifications, and consulting on virtually anything in residential construction. We do not perform repairs or installs.

They found a solution to our foundation problem that had been causing wall cracks. We had expected to need piers but they explained the problem was really due to underground water pressure that could be relieved by reinstallation of a sump; saving us thousands. Been a year now and so far it works!

Brad Huxol was very professional, rendering his opinion of my structural issues and options for dealing with them. Basically, he found no need to do anything about the items with which I was concerned (foundation issues). I will take his advice. He was also able to shed light on the construction methods most likely used when my house was built, explaining that after 36 years everything was holding up well and that nothing is likely to cause any problems in the future.
