REASONER ROOFING

This contact was recommended to me by a coworker who was happy with roof repair he had done for her. He gave a free in-home estimate and a verbal contract which he honored. A portion of my roof that went from a slope to a flat area was leaking so I needed only a repair, not an entire new roof. He stripped it down to the plywood, he had committed to replace the plywood if it were necessary, let it dry overnight and repaired the next day. He cleaned and secured the gutter on that portion of the roof without additional charge although we had not discussed this in the estimate and took phone type pictures to show me the progress of the work. He came back another day to cut out and patch drywall on the ceiling that had water damage and cleaned and repaired the remaining guttering. He got an overall B because it is hard to get an excellent from me and a fair on price because I did get other estimates for the roof repair and he was comparable. Responsiveness was good but weather was an issue.
