About us
I am a one man operation, I work from home as I am a stay and home dad. I have over 10 years in IT, building, repairing and maintaining PC computers and networks. I specialize in home and small business services as well as offer web services and support. I am Comptia A+ and Network+ Certified and have help many certificates from major manufactures, like Dell, HP/Compaq, Toshiba and others. I support all brands of PCs but am not currently certified for Apple products. All services have a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. If at any reason your problems return or persist, we will make it right. The warranty does not cover hardware, or user error, acts of god or abuse. I offer in shop service, that you can bring your computer to me, or in home, were I will come to you. These are priced accordingly and can be found under Services on the menu. I service Lees Summit and a 15 mile area, also offer 24/7 emergency services, so if your gaming rig shutdown 3am, I can be there in 30 minutes or less, in most cases.
