Originally, we were introduced to Midtown when we were looking for quotes for replacing our raised brick patio with a deck. Which we eventually decided to keep our existing patio. Since then, we've worked with midtown for two projects now one for replacing our 26+ year old roof this past winter and a new custom door for to our patio. We've worked with Pete quoting last two projects. He is very transparent on Midtown's sales process and walked us through payment approaches to help us budget for the upcoming projects. In addition, he's been very informative about the quality of the products they offer. Which has helped us feel confident that we've been picking out the right quality material vs pushing us towards the premier top of the line best of the best material. Midtown was able to get us on their schedule extraordinarily fast due to some openings they had. They did quick work and cleaned up the aftermath well. We are looking forward to providing more feedback in the future

The company knew that I was going to pay them, yes I was approved by a finance company. I told the company that I had enough money to pay them directly. I got an alert from GreenSky that the company charge them. When I paid them by checks, I am seeking a lawyer and I'm going to sue them. Had to call Midtown and told them that their workers had put defective materials on my deck. Midtown was paid by GreenSky before the work was completed. Also, you can notice that there are ridges on the wood, as if a saw was used to put ridges in the wood.

The Company was great and the installer was professional and responsive and on time each day they were on the job. Only bad thing was the haul away. I had to call more than one time to get someone back out to pick up all the material that wasn't used.
