It was a pleasure to work with Sean. He was very personable and knowledgeable and provided us with the information we needed to move forward. He went through the house and showed us the things that were wrong, explaining them in detail, to ensure we knew what we were dealing with. His report was extremely thorough and we know we made the right decision in hiring him before tearing down walls. It gives us peace of mind to now have an overall picture of the problem areas before hiring any additional contractors. He definitely exceeded our expectations.
