It went Great! Best jewelry experience ever!  I called Pat originally with only a general idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring for my fiancée. I knew only colors and overall feel that I wanted, but did not know any of the specifics and had only a budget.  Pat was incredible.  We  (my fiancée and I) wanted some hard-to-find blue stones incorporated into the ring, but there were so many types of blue stones from natural blue diamonds to irradiated diamonds to sapphires and more.  Even though my fiancée and I changed our minds more than once on the particulars, Pat was able to use his experience and people skills to eventually find us the perfect components to a ring.

It seemed like Pat endured extraordinary efforts to satisfy me and my fiancé.  I almost feel bad how much he did and for what seemed like so little profit, but he did it all in good spirits with a smile on his face, and knowledge shared with us. He tried finding the blue stones (in our budget) at a rare gem show in Tucson, Arizona, but no luck. Once he returned from this planned trip he was able to find the blue diamonds from a NYC colored diamond broker, and they shipped them to Pat's local store so we could come in a look at the stones.  They were perfect! The next step was to find the center stone, and about a week later Pat found a stone that he thought was just what we wanted.  He ordered it again, and once again we came in to view the stone before proceeding to the next step of ring building.  Once again, it was perfect.  Next we picked out our ring type and Pat had it built from a local ring-maker (I can't remember the specific terms he used to describe the process).

About a week later, and perhaps 3-4 weeks after my original "not-sure-what-I-wanted" phone call to Pat, my fiancee and I had the engagement ring of our dreams, and we were well on our way to building our wedding bands. I have been married before and have gone through the impersonal experience of buying engagement rings twice before from big-chain mall stores.  It felt ok doing it at the time, but this entire experience with Pat was perfect.  I feel it in my heart.  I have found my perfect soul mate to spend my life with, and Pat created the perfect experience which resulted in the perfect ring.... all within a difficult budget for what we were looking for.

Pat must have happily seen me or my fiancée 5 or 6 times, and gone thru many more phone calls, texts, and emails.  I am so glad I came to Max Jewelry Brokers and worked with Pat.  I will not hesitate to use them for any future pieces my future wife and I are fortunate enough to purchase together, and I will happily refer my friends and associates to him for any jewelry buying or selling needs.  Thank you so much!
