THEY WERE VERY OVER PRICED AND WERE NOT ALWAYS TRUTHFUL. WHEN ASKED A QUESTION, THEY MOSTLY DIDN'T KNOW THE ANSWER OR YOU COULD TELL THAT THEY WERE MAKING SOMETHING UP.
