I interviewed 5 real estate agents. Les Davis was very professional and straight-forward. He gave several suggestions to improve the house and a realistic price and time frame. The sale went like he predicted and we were able to recieve the asking price we were comfortable with. Les works mostly behind the scenes and made the process as painless as possible.
