The technician, Alex Sackuvich, was very professional, friendly , had a great work ethic and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He arrived when I was told he would, he provided the services that were agreed upon and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction.ð ð ð ð ð

They took care of a difficult pipe replacement into the fireplace, replacing a copper gas line with black pipe. Another plumbing company wanted to use flex line with a pipe nipple at the end thru the ash clean out door to ease their installation, and still quoted almost double the price.

Dalton was great to work with and I would definitely hire him again. I do think that $175 for less than an hour of work is a bit high, and they gave me a discount for even that, but I needed a replacement utility sink hooked up in the garage, so I paid for it. I do wish they would have given me their hourly rate, but they bid ;by the job. The one thing I am not going to give them 5 stars for is this: Dalton came out to look at what needed to be done. I told him I would let them know. I had a question later and called to speak to Dalton. He called me back, and after his answer, I said let's get it done. He said he would let the office/scheduler know to call me and set up a time the next day. She/he never called me, so I was not sure it was going to be done the next day, though Dalton did show up around noon which was a nice surprise. So, LS Heating and Cooling, your office staff fell down on the job, Dalton was great!

Fast and efficient

Called them for grinder pump repair. The technician showed up to do an estimate but just found a small power shortage and the issue was solved. He was only here a few minutes so there was no charge
