Awesome!!Brittani, you have been wonderful through this whole process even though I think I have a few more gray hairs from it. Thank you so much for helping us keep our sanity and always being right there to answer our questions whenever we had them. I hope that Leader One knows what a gem they have with you. You are awesome! We have purchased three homes during our marriage and I have to say that between you and Shannon this has been the best experience! Andrea worked hard to help me through my mortgage process.  I had been in the process of buying a new house, but in the final hours the loan fell through because I am a contract worker, which does not work for most banks, so I was in a bad situation.  I searched for hours and tried several different banks and eventually I found her and LeaderOne through Angie's List.  It was the best decision I made to contact her, she was there with me every step of the way and kept me constantly updated as they tried to work through the approval of my loan.  She worked directly with me and the seller's agent so that all of the information would be transparent to all parties involved.  She was able to work with her underwriters to get me approved for my home loan and I could not be happier.  I will definitely use her again in the future for any of my home buying needs.  I highly recommend her and LeaderOne!

Anytime I needed questions answered or had an issue during the mortgage process they were quick to help and I always felt relieved that my mortgage process was in their capable hands.
