Everything looks great and great today.
I'd recommend them... in fact I just referred a friend to them today.
I had used Kevin and team at SoundBytes earlier this year to reconfigure our Home Theater in a Box system and set up two universal remotes in our previous home. I was so pleased with their service that when we spontaneously decided to move to a new house, there was no question as to who I wanted to mount our flat screen TVs, install a new Bose sound bar and generally get everything up and running. Kevin and I corresponded in advance and he addressed a number of questions I had. On the appointment day, Kevin and his colleague, Brandon, arrived right on time and worked for nearly seven hours, part of which was spent assessing an unforeseen problem they ran into with regard to cable outlet positioning in our master bedroom. They returned three days later to deal with that problem and had everything up and running well. Two weeks later, I asked Kevin to come back out and install three new cable boxes, as I had decided to change my cable service configuration, and also to deal with a couple minor issues we'd been experiencing with one of the universal remotes. He handled everything on my list and all components are operating flawlessly. Only after this last visit did he bill me for his / Brandon's services, as he wanted to be sure I was fully satisfied before he did so. I thought his price was extremely fair.
Kevin is a rare business person in this day and age. He does what he says he's going to do, does quality work, and is not satisfied until his customer is satisfied. I have communicated with him via text message, email and in person and he is always excellent about getting back to me. My job was quite small in the overall spectrum of things he and his colleagues work on but he never made me feel like anything other than his top priority. I would give him and the SoundBytes crew my highest recommendation!

I was not the easiest guy to service. I started off wanting a surround system with in-wall speakers and they provided me with quotes. I slowly modified my requirements over time and decided to use my budget for high quality, floor-standing front speakers instead of a surround theater (I listen to music more than I watch movies). I also purchased a Sonos zone speaker for upstairs.
Kevin and Chris were awesome throughout the process. I set an appointment to visit their showroom with a stack of CD's so I could demo speakers and talk more about the project. Although I know they were busy, they were always patient with me. The installation was a breeze and they took the time to get Sonos installed on every computer and device in our home. At the conclusion of the installation, Kevin spent about 30 minutes walking me through how to use the remote.
Would highly recommend these guys. If you're shopping Angie's, pay a few dollars more to get the best service. They are there for you after installation to help troubleshoot. We're now adding on outdoor speakers with them and I'm sure will expand our media room(s) over time.
Prompt estimate and excellent suggestions about how to make the system more functional.
Came when promised and completed a fairly difficult job on time and at the price quoted.
