I called Charles in March of 2020 to come look at my roof. He was out same day, looked at it and advised me on setting up a claim. I had questions of how things would be done as we needed to replace skylights ect, he was great at answering all of my questions. i promise there were A LOT. The crew came out as promised, they were quick, punctual, cleaned up nicely and the roof looks great!

Even after we met for initial planning and consultation, they consistently asked me questions to make sure they understood my opinion on what I wanted done while still providing me with the knowledge and practicality of my opinions so that the bathroom not only looked and functioned the way I wanted, but made the bathroom the most it could be by making suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of. They even learned how to make the flooring that I was leaning heavily on to make the vision come true. The work to 3 weeks which is an amazingly short timeframe in my eyes. They just exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful to have a bathroom that plans for down the road!

Overall, well done. I'm happy with the results. We had a hard working crew that communicated well about expectations for the work and pace. Everything they said would happen did. Casey checked in each morning and was helpful. Ryan, who estimated the job, made a couple very helpful suggestions on work performed now that will save me some money and time later.

They even made sure my house stayed clean as they completed the project. I felt like I was taken care of and my design requests were executed beyond even my own ideas. Ryan the owner came out and met with my insurance adjustor, and when he determined I needed a new roof, DR called the next day to set up a date and time to get my new roof. The roofing crew was thorough and did and excellent job (all of my neighbors stopped and asked where we had our roof done). Amy in the office was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions. I will never use anyone else, and I highly recommend KCCR

Love this company! They have helped us update our kitchen, tile our hallway bathroom, and update our laundry room. They do great work, friendly, and fast.

I had a water line break on the second floor of my house. I needed new flooring, new ceilings, paint, wall repairs, light fixtures, and two bathroom remodels. KCR&R helped negotiate the scope and costs of damages with the insurance company, making sure the full scope and extent of the damage was covered. They also provided really reasonable pricing for some other small projects I had been putting off. The work was done in less time than they originally quoted. They also worked with me to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction and returned quickly to finish the last few items. I have contacted them for other small projects since. It’s a company I plan on contacting for future home project needs and I highly recommend them.
