K & L Precision Painting

Matt Koroch painted my master bathroom with precision. His price was more than fair. We actually got a quote from a different company and their estimate was $500 dollars more than what K & L gave us. The finished product was beautiful. Matt was easy to communicate with (email and texting). He told us when he would arrive and leave. He also did a great job locking the doors after he was done (My wife and I were both at work when he worked). I would definitely use K & L precision painting again!

They gave me a bid it was to include Caulking and some repairs and the painting of the exterior of my home. I found an area that had not been cauked properly. They had two left the old caulk in place and the new paint was peeling away after they were done with that area. I called it to their attention. They went back and redid it. At the end of the job they charged me more for having to go back and do that area again. Following completion of the painting, I went back over my home and they missed areas. They painted over my water faucets, the gas line and gas meter and every Outlet on the outside of my home. There are areas where it was obviously sprayed and not back rolled.

Matt and Mike were great to work with ! They were easy to talk to and had great suggestions on painting . They were tally fats and got the job done in just a few days . They were also very fast with responses if I had any questions for them . I would recommend them to everyone I know and if we ever need any other painting done they will be our go to painters ! One of the great things about K&L is it’s run by the two owners and they are the ones who complete the job so you know who you will be working with as soon as you meet them for your bid .

Excellent. Kept me informed when they working and when they encountered any issues. Good craftsmanship and attention to detail. Matt was a great communicator and they even met me at the house to discuss the project on a day it was too w8ndy from them to paint.

They did a great job at a great price. Whenever we paint the exterior, we plan on hiring them again. They were punctual, professional and worked quickly in my opinion. We would recommend them without hesitation.

They did the work across three days, starting with power-washing and re-caulking. I hadn't expected them to do such a thorough job on the re-caulking. The painting went well and the result looks great.

This was a very positive experience. Matt returned my first phone call very promptly and came the next day to provide the estimate. He was always prompt with communication. The bid was comparable to other bids we received but we liked how professional Matt was.  The work was basically completed in a day. They did return for a slight bit of touch up the next day and to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.  They did an excellent paint job and left everything clean when they were finished. We recommend K and L precision painting and plan to have them back out to paint our other ceilings next year!

The first coat of paint was a primer/sealant, followed by a second coat of ceiling white paint. Also caulked and applied a finish coat of acrylic latex to crown molding. All the materials were provided within the price except new ceiling air vents, which they installed. The paint they used was high quality Sherwin Williams. This kind of paint application was probably the most difficult in controlling all household items from overspray and adjoining spaces. The job was completed within one day, which was great for us, so to put the house back in order.

We have a fairly large home. 3 stories. We called the company and requested a quote.  They came out prepared a quote and left it on our front door as we had asked.  Once  we had collected the 4 quotes we wanted (and this company was by far the easiest to get out to our home and prepare the quote as we  requested) We chose 2 companies to come discuss the quotes with.  Matt from K&L accommodated my husbands work schedule and came to our home on a Saturday morning as we wanted the other company did not want to do that.  After the interviews we went with K&L, even though they were not the cheapest quote we received.  They were in the more reasonably priced range than several of the companies who quoted almost double K&L's price and the other companies were not offering anything other than what K&L were, well besides a lot of smoke and mirrors on why we should go with their company.  
The only upsale K&L offered us was using a different quality level of paint which would give us almost double the life on the paint job which was well worth the minimal cost it added to the job. 
K&L showed up as planned, pressure washed the entire house. Sealed all the nooks and crannies.  Our house looked like it had been stripped and polka dotted. (which is what you want to see when someone is painting your house) The entire process took about a week and we are thrilled with the job that was done. 
The entire job was done by the two men who own the company which we liked so we knew who was going to show up every day and that they were vested in the job they were doing.  
This may or may not matter to those who read this review, but it did to us.  The owners of K&L are college graduates with business degrees who found working in corporate america not what they wanted for themselves and families.  They wanted to be outside working so they formed K&L and are doing what they love to do!

Matt and his crew did a wonderful job. They both were very polite, on time and explained everything in detail.

Contacted and discussed project via email, received quote, work completed as scheduled and very well done. Quality of completed work was excellent and long term quality is to be seen.

Matt and the co-owner of the company did an outstanding job. They both worked long hours did get my place painted and it looks fantastic!!! The price was very reasonable as well.
