About us
Janssen Lawn Service, a Family-Owned Lawn Service Provider, was founded in 2004 by Kyle Janssen. Kyle was 13 at the time, and started his business by offering lawn mowing services in his neighborhood located in Lee’s Summit, MO. While continuing to grow and establish Janssen Lawn Service, Kyle attended Raymore-Peculiar High School. In the fall of 2009, Kyle’s father, Jay, decided to join the company to help manage the business while Kyle attended Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. Kyle pursued a degree in Business Management, and graduated in the Spring of 2013. Over the last 10 years Janssen Lawn Service has continued to expand the services we offer, but we have not forgotten the key to success—Customer Service. We will always strive to be the very best in Customer Service, treating every client like we would want to be treated ourselves. Our goal is simple–Continue to be the premier lawn service provider who offers a wide variety of lawn care services, specializing in Fertilizer, Weed Control, Lawn Maintenance (mowing), Aeration, and Seeding, while meeting the individual needs of our valued customers.
