William Taft was extremely professional. He initially asked for what I wanted to have done and what my ultimate goal was. He gave me a reasonable quote and I agreed to take my computer over to his house. William was very thorough and made multiple back ups of the many files on the computer in the event there were any unexpected issues. The job was a little more complex than originally thought and William reached out to me and explained what he ran in to and what my options were. He answered all my questions and I chose the option that worked best for me. William sent me a thorough document listing all of the work he did on the computer and when I picked it up, he patiently walked me through the updates. William made sure I had his contact information so I could reach out to him if I had any problems or questions once I set the computer up at home. Thanks Angie's List .... it was a painless and effective process to get my computer taken care of.

My boys were complaining about poor internet speeds in our house so I reached out to Bill with IT Solutions. Bill was able to install power line adapters and hardwired internet in our basement for the boy's Xbox and PlayStation gaming consoles.
