They warned us it would be a smelly process, and it sure was! They took every step possible to mitigate the stink, and make sure we wouldn't be around unnecessarily while they were at it. They were very nice people, and they did a really good job! We had a lot of trouble finding the color of stain we wanted, but they helped us develop a plan to get the color we wanted. It was a serious process!

STEVE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE FROM THE INITIAL CALL THOUGH THE END OF HIS COMMITMENT. I CONTACTED HIM IN THE WINTER, HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME IN A FEW WEEKS AND THEN COME OUT AND BID. HE DID CALL AND CAME OUT. HE THEN CALLED ME BACK WITHIN A FEW DAYS WITH THE BID. I ACCEPTED HIS BID AND HE SET AN APPROXIMATE DATE FOR THE PAINTING. HE CALLED ME ABOUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE AND SAID HE WAS ON SCHEDULE AND WOULD BE OUT AT THE PREARRANGED TIME. HE COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN A WEEK (THERE WERE NO WEATHER DELAYS). HE WAS THOROUGH, DETAILED, AND EDUCATIONAL IN SUGGESTING POINTERS ON THE CARE AND FUTURE UPKEEP OF THE HOUSE EXTERIOR.

THESE GUYS WERE REASONABLY PRICED AND DID OUTSTANDING WORK -- SUCH AS REPLACING ROTTING BOARDS WITH BOARDS WHICH WERE PRIMED ON ALL 4 SIDES.
