They did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend the two crew man that did the install. They cleaned up their mess and did a fantastic job.

Attic insulation. Started off with a sales pitch before knowing what I even needed or wanted, did not suggest anything for a known problem area! The gentleman seemed knowledgable in general, but it just felt like a pitch! Estimation cost much higher than other bids and when he thought I felt it too high he started making cost adjustments with " a special " for that 2 days only. Pressured me to sign at that time and I do not do that with estimations. That day the gentleman had health problems-breathing and being an ICU nurse thought I may have needed to call 911!

I have a commercial account with them because I have a small apartment building. They are my go-to store because of my account with them. They don't have as good a selection as another big box store. I will certainly use them again.

We actually never got to experience the service.  We had windows installed by Home Depot and were going to have them do the roof as well.  They took our insurance information to assist with the total reimbursement. Once we got the quote, though we did not hear from them.   Our representative said he would get back with us in a week and scheduled a time.  He did not show.  That was June.  Windows were installed July 18th.  Still nothing about the roof or insurance.  We had contact with them a week later regarding the windows and asked them at that time about the roof.  They said they would schedule the rep to come back out and that they were not successful with the insurance company.  My husband called 2 weeks later and asked them to cancel the whole project as we had still not heard from them.  They were apologetic and even though we did not ask for it, they sent us a gift card.

Everything went well. They did the whole thing top to bottom and did a good job.

THEY DID AN EVEN BETTER JOB THAN EXPECTED ON INSTALLATION. IT LOOKS FLAWLESS.
