We bought our adjustable bed at Hawn Bedding 15 years ago and couldn't be happier with both the whole bedding set-up and the service. When we replaced the mattresses last week, they went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly the right level of cushion/support. The delivery team were on time, wore masks and were extra careful to protect our walls and floors. The staff have been there for years, knows the products and works hard to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want and need. I would never go to anyone else.

Love my bed. I'm a strong believer in natural latex mattresses. You do have to flip them though and they are heavy.

On a Wednesday afternoon, I visited the Hawn Bedding Company to ask about them making me a custom size foam mattress to replace the cushions on a sofa. I needed something quite firm. The gentleman who waited on me showed me their 4 inch and 6 inch foam, both of which were very firm. He also showed me a mattress that had the cover fabric and cording they would use for my job. I gave him the measurements and put down a deposit. As promised, the mattress was finished and I picked it up the next Friday morning!! Done in a day and a half!! I was very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism, as well as their amazing quickness. I recommend them to anyone needing a custom mattress.

They have a superior product-a comfortable bed. This is our second bed we bought from them. We went up in size from a Queen to a King. We still have the Queen is our guest room, it's still wonderful. They make their bed at their shop. We asked for a custom box springs which they did to fit our bed frame. Simple and straight forward.

The mattress began to break down within 2 weeks, They came out, took the mattress back for repairs. Again, within 2 weeks the mattress began to imprint in the area of use. After 2 years and faithfully spinning and flipping the mattress, it shows lots of wear. We had Hawn come back out and were told this is 'normal wear' and that our only option was to change the mattress. The Ten year warranty does not apply to 'normal wear and tear'. We do not recommend this company or the product.
