Great work.

He came out and gave me an estimate  He was on time.  He could do the work in a timely manner.  He showed up when expected and finished the work when he said he would.  The floors are beautiful.  However, after the job was finished, the mess that was left is unbelievable.  I believe it has to do with the glue that was used to install the floor.  Also, matching up the existing carpet to the new wood floor is poorly done.

The carpet strip next to the floor shows and carpet tacks are exposed. My carpet next to the new floors is filthy.  The carpet in from the entrance of our building to our condo is filthy.  We have been contacted by our Homeowner's Association to take care of it.  I contacted Ron and he came out to try and resolve the issue.  It did not work.  I have sent a written request to Ron to see what can be done about this.  I will update my post when I hear back.  

He came back and we ended up putting hardwood throughout the great room and hall.  Turned out beautiful and we have loved it.  we are now moving again and have asked him to come out and bid the job to refinish our hardwoods at the new place.  He is a very responsible hard-working man.

Overall, the experience went poorly. We used this company back in March of 2009 for the first floor, then also again in July of 2010 for the second floor. When we did the first floor, our experience was very pleasant. The second floor, the same technicians did the work, but it was a completely different experience. They were very unprofessional, using our bathroom without flushing, and leaving live wire behind the wall (we weren't home for several days). There's stain all over the wood work and places that we're seeing that are sub-par quality work.

Floors look great and I have received numerous positive comments! Had a little mis-communication with Ron on scheduling but was partially my fault. Ron also did a large job at my parents home and the floors look great there as well. Would highly recommend Ron as his prices and workmanship are great.

The complete job came off without any problems.

Ron does what he says he'll do. He shows up on time and has very reasonable prices. Ron does meticulous work and is very careful and clean.

I was looking for someone to lay down my flooring in our nursery, I found Ron actually on Craigslist, and had him come out to bid the project. He was very prompt, gave us a good quote (a few other companies did not even bother to come to our house). Once I received the bid, I called some references who gave him great reviews. We scheduled the job, he showed up on time, and was out in about four hours. His crew cleaned up very well and our nursery looks fantastic!
