Process was smooth, all work was done to satisfaction. The estimated schedule was right on. The were very responsive to our questions and worked with our insurance.

Highly recommend Hand H - even though there are minimal reviews at this time, please do not be fooled. Jeremy is the owner of the company, in which I had direct contact with the entire process. He was highly recommended by my insurance agent and I decided to have him out for a bid. I had several other people come out and bid the job as well. As this was an investment property, I was looking for quality, price, and how everyone conducted their process. He was able to give me a line item bid ahead of time and did not hide costs as other top-rated companies were doing. Jeremy was easy to deal with, explained what needed or could be done, worked with me, was prompt in returning all calls and emails, the job itself turned out well, no complaints! He was able to complete the job as quickly as requested. He does warranty his work and I would absolutely be a reference if needed.

Excellent experience all around. Company owner Jeremy was on site during the roof installation, and was available to answer all questions before, during, and after the job. Hand H provided the shingle, roof protection, and vent options I wanted, and did some minor soffit/fascia wood repairs while they were here. They arranged for a city permit before beginning work, and cleaned up carefully afterwards. I would recommend Hand H without reservation.
