The office building his company is located in is fantastic. VERY nice and professional. Knowing I couldn't be without my phone for an extended period of time, Damon replaced the part on the spot. 20 minutes later, my phone was in my hand. Upon review of the phone, we both determined the screen replacement was defective (it happens from time to time with electronics.) He needed to get another replacement screen, and rather then having me bring the phone to his office again (30 minutes away from my work) he promised to get the part and meet me at my office.
Two hours later, Damon called, was at my office with the additional replacement, and fixed my phone in 20 minutes. Did things go perfectly, no...but that's electronics for you. Damon was beyond professional and went far above and beyond to make sure my phone was fixed quickly and properly. When I went to pay, he charged me ZERO additional expenses for the extra time he had to spend and the drive to my office to install the part.
I would recommend anyone to go see Damon. As far as customer service goes, you won't find anyone better.
