Description of Work: The provider is a mortgage broker. They search nationwide for the best deal on a mortgage; and they are often able to negotiate a lower interest rate than you could get for yourself. I had never heard of Executive Lending but about 6 or 8 months ago I filled out an on-line mortgage questionnaire. I was flooded with phone calls. Executive Lenders responded in writing and they were the only "local" (they are an hour away) company to respond. My first contact was with Ryan. He took down my basic information. About four days later Brandon Hayes drove an hour to my house to talk to me about my options. He also walked through my home so we could get an idea of how it might appraise. He had lots of helpful suggestions of small improvements I could make. The appraisal was 10 days later and exceeded expectations. Executive Lenders prepared the closing documents instead of the mortgage company so there was no delay. I closed 32 days after my first contact. The closing was at my house.
