Way above and beyond. E gentleman identified a problem in upstairs air conditioner that would have resulted in flooding, potential ceiling loss below.

This saved us thousands in avoided repairs.

I contacted Eldon and Son's guttering because we had heard that they did good work.
I contacted about 12 gutter companies from the first few pages of Angie's List. Very few responded for some reason or they responded later than expected.  They all seemed busy so that is fine.
Eldon and Son's was the first to follow up with my call and the first to bid on the work. I still needed two more bids and only ended up with one more, not two.  By this time I needed to get the work done so we chose Eldon, though they were a little higher.  They just made sense and seemed to be the right choice.  The work came out as promised. Nice job.

Strong winds on the 21st of January knocked off one half of the roof facade.  I called the next morning and the repair was done by the 23rd.   They checked it out and let me know the cost and when it could be done.   I agreed to the plan and they got it done within a few days without me having to be there when they did the repair.
They were courteous and very professional.   i can recommend them with confidence.

They did not charge anything and they are a good company to work with. It was really not under warranty but they fixed it anyway. The quality is very good. The people that installed it and the salesman were very good to work with. They were easy to work with as well.

They were good. They came back to fix some problems that I identified on the first visit. They showed up at the time they said they would. Everything they have done has been great so far.

They seemed to do a pretty good job. I called them 4 to 6 weeks later because some seepage was on top of the column. It was not major issue, but I did not get a call back from them.

They did a good job. Their prices were competitive to the other companies we called. The work only took about four hours and they even completed it in the rain. They completed the work quickly and got it over and done with. We did have one thing that we wanted to have then change and we forgot to tell them. It was regarding the installation of a new gutter guard. They went ahead and did it anyway at no extra charge or anything!

Went fine until I needed a leak checked out. Called 2-3 times and leak was never addressed.  It continues to leak. They never called me to say what the problem was, no notes, no nothing.  Now calling again I find my gutters are out of warranty and it would cost me to have them check it again.  That is if they ever really checked it the first 2 times. I liked them for my insulation of my two houses and this was the second time I had them replace the gutters.
They called back and due to miscommunication repaired my wrong house in the past.  It has been fixed and I will see how it works.

No problem promptly completed as promised. Quality of work very good , no complaints.

Tom was pleasant to talk with over the telephone to arrange a work day.  The crew arrived promptly on the day scheduled.  The workmanship was very satisfactory.   I was thrilled that they hauled away the old gutters at no extra charge and the crew was very thorough in cleaning up after themselves, going through my yard making sure nothing sharp was left behind and even sweeping my patio!  Excellent service overall; highly recommended!

We've rented our home from Eldon and Son's since December 2011 and have enjoyed being their tenants ever since.  From the first day when I talked to Tom he made it possible to meet with us that same day we knew it was a great company to be associated with.  No matter how small the issue I know if we need them they're always prompt to get us taken care of.   Even though we're just their renters now we know we will use them for future reference when we are ready to purchase our home.  I'm sure they would be even more than happy to help us with that step in building our future!

I called Eldon and Sons for a estimate for new gutters on my apartment building, from there they sent someone out the next day and we went over some options on what to do with some wood rot behind the existing gutters. He then quoted me a price for new 6" Gutters and some facia repair. He then sent the guys out the following day to do the work. It was done beyond my expectations and payment was sent with the guys after they left. A+++++ Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
