New system was installed on August 19, 2013. In the course of second installment of new system, damage occurred to my ceiling pull-down door. Russ and Jeff assessed the damage on September 4th and agreed to replace the pull-down door and patch the vertical opening gap between the door and ceiling wall. My ceiling door was replaced on September 17th, and I'm still waiting for them to replace the vertical hole in my ceiling.
Received a phone call today (9/19/13) that a technician was free to finish the repair. Technician arrived on time and caulked around the pull-down attic ladder closing all gap, however, I was advised that it was my responsibility to paint the repaired area to blend in with the rest of the attic.
May 23, 2014:
Unit broke down again. . . something about the coil being frozen AGAIN! I was charged an additional $85.
