We've had a troubled toilet for years. It had some severe back up problems. We had tried snaking the drain ourselves, but had no success.
Steve came out and managed to fix the the problem within just a few minutes. He's done a couple other jobs in the past and has always been very helpful and reasonably priced. Whenever I have a drain or plumbing problem, he will be my go-to guy.
Extremely professional, well priced, courteous, on time and fast.

I called Parkway Plumbing and said I needed my drain in the basement snaked by today or tomorrow, as I was going to my daughter's for a week, and he gave me Steve Brasel's number and said it was his specialty, I called Steve and spoke with him for a few minutes, and he called me back within a 10 minutes to get my address and he was here within 15 minutes. Steve arrived and performed some tests, then brought in the auger to unclog the main drain. I told him that I didn't think my sump pump worked, as I have never heard it running, it just needed flushed out and he explained how a sump pump works. I then asked about my front outside faucet not working and it was just a matter of turning it on from the inside. Many of these things I hadn't any knowledge of them due to we just purchased a house for the 1st time and I have never had a sump pump. The initial charge was $125, however I paid him $150 for all the extras. I will definitely call him again if needed. Steve was quick to respond, very punctual as well as thorough. Very satisfied!

My kitchen sink stopped up. I called Parkway Plumbing which is on Angie's List but he called back and explained that he did not do this kind of work and recommended Drain Doctor. I then called Steve and he came promptly. I found him to be genial, knowledgeable, and experienced. He spent 45 minutes here and the drain worked great when he left. I thought his $90 bill was reasonable. Steve and his brother run the business together and serve Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, and Raytown.
