We have been going there for about 8 years. Marty is the one who we normally deal with mostly. We usually get some pricies on things we need to have done and they typically have the best prices. They get things done on time and they keep the car clean.

I've been going to Douglas Tire since I moved to KC years ago. They are always great. The speed of service is not always the fastest however that is mostly because they are very good and most of all honest with their customers. I arrived at about 9:00am to have my vehicle serviced and was completed at around 10:30am. I later found that the reason it took so long is they found an issue with a repair they performed previously (not their fault...bad bearing) and corrected it right then and there. These guys are always honest. They don't try to push things on you and give it to you straight. Isn't that all you can ask from an auto service facility?

The clutch went out in our Jeep and they fixed it. 6 mo later it went out again. We had it towed to Douglas tire and they replaced it again with a heavier one free of charge. The clutch went out yet again and they replaced it the 3rd time with another one free of charge. They are helpful and try to get parts they need so you don't have to be inconvenienced any longer than necessary.

They seem available to do service. You can drop your car off, and they'll call you when it's done. Everything seems to work fine. Their prices always seem to be lower than I expect.
