I had tried to replace the weather seal on the bottom of one exterior door and after failing three times decided to let a professional do it. I had not attempted to do the other two doors, feeling that the result would be no different than the first. Door Systems came in and took care of all three doors. They had the materials, skills, and patience to get the doors sealing properly. In addition to replacing the weather stripping, they adjusted two of the doors at the hinges to get a better fit.

Terry showed up within the 2-hour service window. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and correct it. He also caulked a gap between the side of the house and the garage door to keep "critters" out and to stop a cold draft. He also lubricated the entire door mechanism and replaced the weather stripping along the bottom of the door after noting the deteriorated condition of the old one. Service was quick, efficient and fairly priced.

Great response and service. Called Door Systems around 1:30. Said they could have a technician there between 2 and 4. They called at 2:30 to say the technician was on the way. Technician arrived around 2:45. Replaced both springs and 6 rollers (per Angies member special price). Also lubed the screw drive. All work completed in less than 2 hours. Door works great now. We're very satisfied and would use them again.

My wife called first thing in the morning. They were just starting a staff meeting, but promised to call back as soon as it was done. They called back around an hour later. My wife explained the situation (we had our foundation repaired/lifted, and the door would not close!). They stated that they would do their best to get someone out that day. A couple of hours later my wife got a call that a technician was on the way. John checked out the door, gave us an estimate, and then completed the work that afternoon. Not only did he reset the door, he re-aligned the locking devices that we had installed post manufacturing. John was very professional and pleasant to interact with. I do not have any type of analysis to base the charges on, but, I felt that the price they quoted, and charged, was extremely reasonable for same day service. We were also very happy to have a coupon from Angies List to apply to this!

They did an excellent job. Jim, the person who handled the account, was very professional and answered every phone call and email very quickly. The day of the install, the installers were very professional and very thorough, did a very quality job. Trustworthy and overall good job for job. John, one of the installers, came today to answer questions about problems I was having with the doors, he resolved and took all the time needed to completely resolve the problem. Very amazed by the outcome and final product.

My interaction with Door Systems was excellent. I called at 8:15a this morning and my garage door was fixed by 10:45a. The technician was punctual, performed the desired work for less than I expected to pay and gave me some tips on repairing potential future issues myself (something that she could have recommended she take care of, costing me more). I would definitely recommend Door Systems for issues with garage doors!

We received service within a few hours. Dustin and Allen arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They explained what they would do to repair the door and what it would cost. They replaced a hinge and added substantial bracing to the existing door in three places so that it worked well again. All this withing thirty minutes. Very good job and a very good price of $162. We would recommend Lee's Summit Door Systems to anyone in the area. We expressed an interest in getting a new door at some point and received a great description of the kinds of doors available and the installation costs.

Garage door would not open. Spring had broken. Called Door systems at 8am and they responded immediately, had someone scheduled between 10-12 that same day. Technician arrived, reviewed and quoted options. Fixed door and also lubed it. Tested door and it worked great..and the bonus.. it was much, much quieter than before. I would definitely use this company again.

Great service. They explained what they were doing, why, and how the garage door works. Made the call at 10:30am after one of our springs was broken and it's all done in just a few hours! They also lubricated the single garage door and it runs much smoother now.

They made me think he would arrive in 15min. It was 30-35. Maybe they didnt want me to call another business. He was not very professional. I needed to tell him of my other needs but instead he said ive got to get to the next one and took off. Everything is working fine. Got a review form in the mail with no post paid envelope to return. It did prompt me to do this review
