I had tried to replace the weather seal on the bottom of one exterior door and after failing three times decided to let a professional do it. I had not attempted to do the other two doors, feeling that the result would be no different than the first. Door Systems came in and took care of all three doors. They had the materials, skills, and patience to get the doors sealing properly. In addition to replacing the weather stripping, they adjusted two of the doors at the hinges to get a better fit.

Terry showed up within the 2-hour service window. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and correct it. He also caulked a gap between the side of the house and the garage door to keep "critters" out and to stop a cold draft. He also lubricated the entire door mechanism and replaced the weather stripping along the bottom of the door after noting the deteriorated condition of the old one. Service was quick, efficient and fairly priced.

Great response and service. Called Door Systems around 1:30. Said they could have a technician there between 2 and 4. They called at 2:30 to say the technician was on the way. Technician arrived around 2:45. Replaced both springs and 6 rollers (per Angies member special price). Also lubed the screw drive. All work completed in less than 2 hours. Door works great now. We're very satisfied and would use them again.

My wife called first thing in the morning. They were just starting a staff meeting, but promised to call back as soon as it was done. They called back around an hour later. My wife explained the situation (we had our foundation repaired/lifted, and the door would not close!). They stated that they would do their best to get someone out that day. A couple of hours later my wife got a call that a technician was on the way. John checked out the door, gave us an estimate, and then completed the work that afternoon. Not only did he reset the door, he re-aligned the locking devices that we had installed post manufacturing. John was very professional and pleasant to interact with. I do not have any type of analysis to base the charges on, but, I felt that the price they quoted, and charged, was extremely reasonable for same day service. We were also very happy to have a coupon from Angies List to apply to this!

The day of the install, the installers were very professional and very thorough, did a very quality job. Trustworthy and overall good job for job. John, one of the installers, came today to answer questions about problems I was having with the doors, he resolved and took all the time needed to completely resolve the problem. Very amazed by the outcome and final product.
