Service was fine the problem is they charged for using a credit card without saying a word. Next day when we confronted them they said they would refund it if we gave them cash ... CA$H ONLY!!!! what area they hiding?

I wish I could give 10 stars!! We have been using Diamond Muffler for years now and have recommended this business to everyone we know. What I think sets this place apart from the rest is that these guys treat women with respect and actually listen to what we have to say. The guy that runs the place is named Chris and he is awesome to work with!

We had two vehicles and we were in there all the time. He is a private individual, he is not some big Corporation, he is not going to try to sell you anything you don't need. What impressed me was the people.

My husband and I have used them for years and years and years. They're busy, which tells you a lot about them. If he can't see you, he will tell you, "I can't see you." He is right upfront, he is very good and he is very reasonable.

I'd used Diamond for many years before, and I returned to them after receiving poor service from another company. Specifically, I spent hundreds of dollars at the other company without any resolution to the car's problems. Unlike the other company, Diamond was able to accurately identify my car's issues and fix them in a timely manner. I regret not having gone to Diamond first.

They've always been fair and honest.

Very pleased with my experience and end result. I was a little hesitant by the way it looked from the outside, there are a lot of cars out front and it's hard to find a spot to park or even know where to go. A coworker recommended this place and told me they get a lot of business which is always a good sign. I got there right when they opened at eight and had to approach a man standing outside the garage. He was nice but didn't talk very much. I asked him to come listen to my muffler before I drop it off which he was happy to do. He immediately told me I need a new muffler and the baffles are no longer good. The car was there pretty much all day, they called me at 4:30. Like I mentioned earlier, they get a lot of business and there were a lot of people there when I came to pick up my car. Now the muffler is very quiet and I am very pleased with the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone who needs muffler work done.

When to the dealership to have my brakes checked and they wanted $600.00. I took the car to Diamond Muffler as a second opinion. After checking the brakes, they said they needed to be adjusted and bled. That cost me $35.00 and the car will stop on a dime. Diamond Muffler is very honest and saved me $565.00. I'll be back.

They are an excellent company to work with! The approximate cost listed was to fix the water pump. We will continue to take our cars here in the future.
