One spot removed, but benign. Yeah! Everything else looked good, come back in a year. Very professional and courteous. She takes the time to answer questions. Her assistant was also very nice and helpful. Love Dr. Green

Love my doctor here (Dr Angel-5+ stars). But 2 stars due to their horrendous inflexible financial policy of requiring a credit card to do business with them. Apparently they punish 98% of their patients who pay on time to cover the people that do not pay and they choose to not punish. Absolutely unacceptable. No other practice I have ever encountered required this and the staff is not nice about it. It has Tempted me to change practices since instituting this policy. They will fight you on it until you either give up or leave.

I see Dr. Jeffery Graves at the Leawood office and he is excellent. Great interaction with the patient and also very thorough and helpful in any way possible. He referred me to a pharmacy for my prescription that was over half price cheaper than the local pharmacy. He makes you feel very at ease as he is doing his exam. No problems. Will definitely go back and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist!

After yet another 40 minute wait for an appointment, we are going elsewhere.
My daughter has been coming to this office for the last 3 years for the occasional skin issue - she tends to get itchy rashes and once had a wart removed.
When I called to schedule today's appointment, I learned the nurse practitioner my daughter normally sees left the practice. I almost didn't make an appointment. She was the only reason we returned here. Every appointment has been at least 30 mins late, the office staff less than welcoming, and the paperwork almost accusatory (you must leave a credit card # on file so they can automatically charge an open balance).
I went ahead and scheduled, thinking maybe the office would be running better and maybe the doctor they scheduled the visit with would be as pleasant and kind as the nurse practitioner my daughter had seen there previously.
Alas we did not meet the doctor. We arrived just before the 10am appointment, updated my credit card number and proceeded to wait 30 mins. When I inquired how much longer, we were told we'd be next. Perhaps other doctors were running on time, as many people came and went while we continued to wait. After another 10 mins I inquired again. The staff made no effort to check with the nurses/doctor to see what our status might be. Just said, you're next. No apology, no explanation.
I asked for a refund of my copay and left.
Should have followed my instincts and scheduled elsewhere. Wish I knew where the nurse practitioner went. Likely know why she left.

The morning of the procedure we arrived at Dr. Sabin's office and were greeted by her very friendly staff. I was offered a drink while waiting for the procedure to take place. It just so happened I was scheduled to see Dr. Sabin about 3 hours after my husband was seen. When I told Dr. Sabin I would be seeing her in a couple of hours, she was very gracious and offered to see me at that time and not make us come back. My husbands procedure went very well. Afterward Dr. Sabin provided details of the procedure and wound care with followup. We have been seeing Dr. Sabin for many years. She is always very kind yet very professional. As her patient, she makes you her number one priority. She is an excellent physician and very good at what she does. We would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking the services of a Dermatologist.

At first, I wasn't so sure but then I heard a lot of good things about him and the I went back, he explained stuff better and all that kind of stuff. I went to another guy who was a nurse practitioner at that place for years and being a dermatologist, he's also dealing with adult acne or any skin condition and Dr. Sebastian is kind of like pretty much strict to the skin cancer.

She was able to talk to him, he was excellent. Very nice, very willing to help us. Ready to take care of this issue and do what ever needs to be done to correct it. He was excellent. If we need to come back he said come back we'll try something else. He knew what he was talking about. He was a great doctor. I would definitely recommend him. He gave us some creams to try to help with it. She also has a contact allergy that is irritating her eczema. He knew right away what it was. He explained and wasn't nasty about it. He said the previous doctor was right on some areas but I don't think this is what she thought it was and this is why. He explained the medication and why it's hard to get some of the medications, some of the creams that I wanted. He was very good. The office itself, the two ladies that were at the front desk were very nice and the nurse that helped us to back room was excellent.

I am satisfied with the services provided and with their punctuality. The only issue some have with this center is that they request a credit card number for your account and if you don't pay your bill timely, they charge it to the credit card.

This practice is very busy and appointments are not quickly available but the wait is worth it. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Neubauer and her nurse assistant. They explained everything thoroughly prior to her procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I expected the worse as far as pain is concerned for this "simple" 10 minute procedure and was pleasantly surprised. I really feel Dr Neubauer's "bedside" manor was partially the reason. The follow-up appointments were equally excellent. I was so pleased with the Doctor and the office that when my husband needed dermatology care I made his appointment with Dr Neubauer as well.

Tamera, the Nurse Practioner who performed the exam, was personable, professional and knowledgable.
She explained treatment options available to me, and instructed me on various medications.
Samples of topical medications were given to me to keep me comfortable until insurance processes the request for the primary medication.
The office staff was friendly and polite.
I foresee a long professional relationship.

They REQUIRE a credit card before the appointment. This just hits me wrong. It may be the coming trend. I want to be trusted. By requiring a CC they are telling me that they do not trust me.

It went well, the spot was a precancerous mole that was immediately removed. Very nice staff, I had a good experience. I will return to this office should I need any future treatment.

I called and said that I thought I had a skin cancer type thing that had disappeared. You would have had to wait a while for an appointment normally. When I told her that she said that they would get me an appointment for the next day. I went in the next day and she put my fears to rest. They were just very helpful.
